Return and Exchange Policy

1. Eligible Timeframe:

• Returns: Requests for returns can be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

• Exchanges: Requests for exchanges can be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:\nTo ensure the eligibility of a return or exchange, the following strict conditions must be met:

• The item (watch or pen) must be in its absolute pristine, original, and unworn condition, with no signs of use, ink filling, or alterations to the bracelet/strap sizing.

• The item must be enclosed in its original official luxury boutique box, with all protective plastic seals completely intact and untampered with.

• All accompanying handbooks, certificates of authenticity, international warranty cards, and promotional gifts must be returned without any omission or damage.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Products that have been personalized, customized, or engraved at the customer"s request (e.g., pens engraved with names or initials).

4. Fees and Refund Processing:

• If the return/exchange is initiated due to customer preference without any manufacturing defect, the customer will bear the full cost of the round-trip shipping and delivery fees.

• Upon receiving and inspecting the item to ensure compliance with our luxury standards, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the issuing bank"s policy.
